"If it was possible to give this office a 0 star, I would. I dealt with Edwin and then Jackie when in the process of switching insurance to State Farm. I initially dealt with Edwin, who I asked questions via text and email about the beacons/trackers for the vehicles - I never got a response. I then started dealing with Jackie and asked her (on a day we had already been messaging back and forth so I know she was available that day) about the beacons. I told her (via email so I have proof of this) that if choosing to not use the beacons will increase our monthly auto rate, then we would not move forward with auto or homeowners with State Farm. I did not receive any response, which I assumed meant that we were good to go. But no, I received a response from Jackie 6 DAYS LATER, which coincidentally was the day after we started with State Farm, where she informed me that our rate would in fact increase to a level that was more than we were paying with our other carrier. I am now stuck with State Farm until I can shop rates and find a new carrier. Please do not waste your time dealing with this office, ethics are clearly not something they take into consideration when they want to make a sale."

"Professional and easy to contact! Everything was so easy it felt a little miraculous. I was contacted on the phone after signing up for renter's insurance online in case I needed to contact them again, and lo and behold I did need to add something extra and one minute on a call resolved it. Not sure about any of the other departments but my experience was short, painless, and easy to access."
